Campus St. Martin - Pioneering project: Church ensembles become climate-friendly,inclusive NEB centres of cohesion
A church building complex is becoming a prototype for combining monument preservation with new types of use. In line with the NEB initiative, the 'Campus St. Martin' is to be developed into a district community centre for informal encounters, culture, social and personal exchange, education and community.

2-K3 - Prototypical demo project for the concretization and compatibility of 3C and affordability in residential construction
The R&D project 2-K3, based on the concrete demonstration project "Wiener Luft" at the former Vienna Nordwestbahnhof (Northwest Railway Station), addresses the question of how the three Cs of climate protection, climate change adaptation, and the circular economy can be fully implemented in a prototypical, affordable, subsidized Viennese housing project.
